Coconut Deshelling Machine

Deshelling is the process of removing the shell from a dehusked coconut. We offer deshelling equipment that serves this purpose. The blades are specially designed to remove the inner shell from the dehusked coconut with outstanding precision. Ease of operation and safety are the salient features of this equipment.

How it works ?
Double blades are fitted on either side allowing the operator to crack the eye of the coconut first and then deshell the coconut with the second blade. The blades are rotated using a 1H.P motor at a speed of 24RPM with gear reduction.

Disintegrator

Disintegration converts the coconut meat to powdered form. Our disintegrator equipment is an impact pulverizer with hammer heads that converts the meat to powdered form. It is a versatile unit of heavy and rugged construction. All contact parts are made of SS304 steel which is food grade.

How it works ?
The Disintegrator consists of an encased rotor carrying hammers that are capable of crushing and grinding the coconut meat into fine powders. A fine mesh underneath the rotor casing filters the coconut gratings. The mesh is capable of filtering different particle sizes depending on the mesh size.

Screw Press Milk Extractor

This equipment serves the purpose of extracting coconut milk using screw press technology. The machine is very user-friendly, reliable and robust and requires low power and labour.The rotational speed is very moderate ensuring a noise free and positive working environment. All contact parts of the machine are SS304 which is resistant to corrosion and food safe.

How it works ?
In Screw press Coconut Milk Extractor separation takes place inside a cylindrical drum surrounded by a mesh to filter any residual coconut gratings. The screw conveyer is fixed at both sides by strong bearings inside the drum. Coconut gratings are dropped at the feed hopper which is transported by the screw conveyer to the other side of the drum squeezing the gratings during the process. The separated coconut milk will fall through the mesh and will be collected at the collecting pan. The residual sludge will be collected at the opposite side of the drum.

Tubular Centrifuge

Marks the final stage of Virgin Coconut Oil extraction process. A tubular centrifuge is basically used for separating various emulsions which are difficult to separate, especially suitable for liquid-liquid separation for the two liquids with slight gravity difference. Since there is no heating involved in this method this is the reason why separation of oil from milk using a centrifuge is a cold processed method.

How it works ?
Coconut milk if fed at the inlet located at the bottom of the bowl. The bowl is connected to a motor and separation takes place inside the rotating bowl at a speed of 15,000 rpm.The basic principle is that the difference in densities of two immiscible liquids forces the liquid with higher density outside the rotation axis. The heavier liquid phase is forced towards the bowl while the light phase is force inside. Special openings at the top of the bowl separate Virgin Coconut Oil and water at two outlets at the top corresponding to the light phase which is water and the heavy phase which Virgin coconut oil. The Virgin coconut oil separated is further fed again into the centrifuge and repeated three times to get pure oil.

Expeller

Expeller oil mills use extrusion principle as the base for extracting oil from copra. The raw material is fed through a hopper and passes through a press chamber. The press chamber consists of a screw gear enclosed in a cage. As the material is pressed inside the chamber the oil is extruded from the nut and drops from the cage while the cake is discharged from the end. In case of copra oil mills we recommend three stage expelling process for maximum output

We offer oil expellers with single, double and triple gear reduction. Gears are made of high quality steel and run in oil bath. Expellers are also available in 4 bolt,6 bolt and 9 bolt types. All our machines are highly efficient and reliable. Capacities range from 35Kg/hr to 4,000 Kg/hr depending on your requirements.
